Our payment methods are PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or check by mail. You choose how you want to be paid.

We’ll pay you within 24 hours of receiving your iPhone(s), except weekends and holidays. Our process is inspecting and sending payment one phone at a time. Most online phone buyers inspect a large batch of phones and then send payments for all phones a few days later. Not us, we pay FAST!

Yes, if your phone has been accurately described. When evaluating your phone’s condition, it is best if you can look at your phone closely under a bright light, that’s what we do. And that’s what our buyers do too.

An example of a re-quote would be if you selected your phone’s condition as mint (perfect, like new) and we found light scratches on the screen and graded it as good condition. In this case we will send you an email with a re-quote price (the good condition price). If you accept the re-quote price, we will pay you at once. If you don’t accept the new price we will return your iPhone to you for no charge – we pay the shipping cost. You have nothing to lose!

You can if you would like to but we don’t require it. We don’t pay extra for accessories.

No, you don’t have to remove it. We’ll remove it when we inspect your phone. Just factory reset your iPhone before shipping it to us. See next question.

Before you do the following you may want to back up your iPhone.

To reset: Go to settings, then tap ‘general’ and scroll down. Tap ‘transfer or reset iPhone.’

Then tap ‘erase all content and settings.’ This may take a few minutes. That’s it, now your iPhone is just like it was when you bought it! Your personal data is no longer visible in this or any other known universe.

Any box will work. Just be sure you surround your phone with padding so it doesn’t bounce around inside. We’ve received phones in old shoe boxes, Amazon boxes, you name it. Be sure to securely tape your box shut.
